    • Be polite and courteous at all times

    • Do not idle

    • No use of colours or ASCII characters

    • Ask your question ONCE and wait patiently. If there is a helper available they will answer your query ASAP

    • Do not flood or repeat lines of text

    • No swearing. #help is a public channel for all age groups

    • If you do not follow these rules, are abusive in any way, or fail to show common courtesies, you will be removed from the channel
