emailing ozorg - some hints
- the ozorg email address is *only* for server related issues. ie: g/k lines and connection problems
- include all relevant information in the email, such as the g-line message and the server you are attempting to connect to
- ensure the email subject states clearly the nature of the email
- allow 3 days for a response. if you have not received a response *after* 3 days email again and refer to the original email in the subject of the second email.
