emailing helpers - some hints
- the helpers email address is *only* for generic irc related issues
- include all relevant information in the email
- ensure the email subject states clearly the nature of the email
- allow 3 days for a response. if you have not received a response *after* 3 days email again and refer to the original email in the subject of the second email.
