emailing AUCS - some hints
- AUCS email address is *only* for channel service related issues. ie: channel registration and AUCS usernames
- send email from the email address that you have registered with (assuming you have a registered username)
- include all relevant information in the email, such as your channel name and username
- ensure the email subject states clearly the nature of the email and includes either your channel name or your username, depending on which you are emailing about
- allow 3 days for a response. if you have not received a response *after* 3 days email again and refer to the original email in the subject of the second email.
